CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be charged 20% of your service total for any appointment cancellations within the 24 hour timeframe of your scheduled appointment. There is a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited or upon my choice deciding if it will be taken or not. No guarantee is given that you will be serviced after your tardiness, as it is based on my day’s work schedule. No call | No show appointments will be charged 50% of the entire service price and banned from booking any future appointments. I DO NOT SERVICE CHILDREN UNDER 18. NO EXTRA GUEST.
